01. Non-delivery of Products
If the products are not delivered, herbsio will take action immediately after you have registered your query. If the dispute cannot be resolved, we will refund your payment upon approval of your claim.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to email@example.com or call us within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. You must have the invoice of the product purchased. We will deduct the Shipping Cost and refund the Balance within 4 days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
